About

The Zimbabwe Farmers Union (ZFU) YOUNG FARMERS’ CLUBS present the opportunity for youths in Zimbabwe to not only be able to take on agriculture as a viable option for employment but help develop life skills for sustainable development and self-sustenance.

The clubs present the opportunity for youths to not only be able to take on agriculture as a viable option for employment but help develop life skills for sustainable development and self-sustenance. Going forward Zimbabwe will need to embrace mechanisms that will help its rural people to move away from donor dependence and government food aid and free inputs to a more stable and sustainable mode of rural development. It is hoped that the Young Farmers Clubs will play quite a significant role in bringing back the value of hard work within the communities.
